Prorated Upgrades, Downgrades, and Refunds

Upgrading Your Plan (Prorated Charges)

If you upgrade to a higher subscription you won’t pay the full price. Instead, we calculate a prorated charge based on the cost difference between your current and new plan. The change takes effect right away, and your account will reflect the new plan’s limits and features.

Example:

  • You’re on the Standart Plan (100€/month) and upgrade to the New Plan (150€/month)

  • You’ve already used 15 days of the Standard Plan.

  • Your upgrade charge will be:

    • Remaining balance from Standard Plan = 50€ credit

    • Remaining cost of New Plan = 50€ charge

    • Total upgrade cost today = 50€

Your next billing cycle will reflect the full New Plan price (150€/month).

Downgrading Your Plan (Prorated Credits)

If you downgrade to a lower subscription, you will be billed the full cost of the new subscription immediately. The change takes effect right away, and your account will reflect the new plan’s limits and features.

Example:

  • You’re on the Plan (150€/month) and switch to the Standard Plan (100€/month) halfway through the cycle.

  • Your current plan is canceled, and a new Standard Plan subscription is charged at 100€.

We do not offer prorated credits for downgrades, so make sure to switch plans at a time that works best for you.

Refunds: What You Need to Know

We believe in fair billing, and if our tool isn’t delivering results after genuine effort, we’ll make it right. Here’s our refund policy:

  • Monthly Plans: Generally, we don’t offer refunds for partial months after you’ve been billed. However, we will refund you if:

    • You actively worked on your site, added content, and implemented SEOJuice’s recommendations, yet still didn’t see results.

    • You can provide evidence of applying SEOJuice’s insights but not seeing expected improvements.

  • No Refunds If You Didn't Use the Tool:

    • If you simply added SEOJuice to your site and expected magic to happen without any effort, no refund will be issued. SEO takes work, and our tool is here to assist, not automate success.

  • Annual Plans: If you cancel early, we’ll provide a prorated refund based on unused months, following the same effort-based criteria as above.

  • Trial Periods: If your plan includes a free trial and you cancel before the trial ends, you won’t be charged.
